Charges and Ordering
| What does a family pay? | A single charge per child, which includes every frame taken of that child on the day as full-resolution files. Printed portraits are separately priced and entirely optional. A family whose child is photographed but who orders nothing is not charged. |

| Is the service charged? | No. Nor does the studio pay a commission, fundraising share or referral fee to any service or school. We regard such arrangements as placing a service in an invidious position. |
| How long is the ordering period? | Eighteen months from the opening of the gallery. No expiry notice or reminder correspondence is issued. |
| May a portrait be reprinted years later? | Yes. Every original produced by the studio since 1998 is retained and reprints from any season may be requested at any time. |
Attendance and Absence
| What if a child is absent? | The studio returns, ordinarily within six weeks, at no charge and irrespective of the number of children concerned. |

| What if a child will not be photographed? | The child is left and approached again later in the session. If still unwilling, the child is photographed at the return attendance. No child is compelled and no family is charged. |
| How long does attendance take? | A service of sixty children occupies one photographer for a full morning. Schools are calculated at approximately two hundred and fifty students per photographer per day. |
Consent, Checks and Records
| How is consent verified? | The service's consent record is reconciled against the studio register on the morning of attendance in the presence of the nominated supervisor, and the reconciliation is signed by both parties. A child whose consent cannot be confirmed is not photographed. |

| Are the photographers checked? | All seven hold current New South Wales Working With Children Checks. Particulars are verified annually by the studio and supplied in writing to each service before attendance, with certificates of currency for our insurances. |
| Where are photographs held? | On Australian-hosted infrastructure, encrypted, with an offline duplicate at our Crown Street premises. Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested. |
| May images be deleted on request? | Yes, at any time, by written request from a parent or guardian. Such requests are actioned within one business day. |
