Early Learning Services
The studio's principal work. Sixty-one services are presently engaged across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Macarthur regions.
The Order of Proceedings
| September – November | Written proposals issued for the following season. Services presently engaged are offered their existing dates first. |

| Eight weeks prior | Confirmed schedule issued, together with the consent register template, Working With Children Check particulars and certificates of currency. |
| Two weeks prior | Notice supplied to the service for distribution to families, setting out the date, what will be photographed and what it will cost. |
| Morning of attendance | Consent reconciliation performed with the nominated supervisor and signed by both parties before any photography commences. |
| The session | Rooms photographed in the sequence set out in the schedule, youngest first. Individual portraits, then room groups, then educators. |
| Within fifteen days | Galleries opened to families. Named composites and the service's own set delivered to the director. |
| Within six weeks | Return attendance for children absent on the day, at no charge. |
Supplied to the Service
The following are provided to every engaged service without charge, under a perpetual licence permitting use in the service's website, enrolment material, newsletters and displays.
- Named composite for each room, printed and mounted
- Digital copies of all room groups
- Individual and collective educator portraits
- A set of premises photographs, taken on the same day
- A complete record of the day's consent reconciliation
Requirements of the Service
Space. A room or portion of a room approximately four metres by four, with access to power, available for the duration of the session.
Consent record. The service's current photography consent record, supplied not less than three days before attendance.
Attendance. The nominated supervisor, or a delegate, available for approximately fifteen minutes at the commencement of the session to complete the consent reconciliation.
No other assistance is required. The studio does not ask services to distribute or collect order forms, handle payment, or answer enquiries on our behalf.
