A photo day that runs itself

No room to clear out, no roster to rewrite, no queue of unsettled kids waiting their turn. We work around your morning instead of stopping it.

What you get

Individual portraits

Every child with consent, photographed outdoors in natural light. Several frames each, not one and done, so there's a real choice.

Room groups

Each room together, outside. We'll do a second one indoors if you'd like it for a display board.

Sibling frames

Any children enrolled together, photographed together. Included in the standard pack, not charged as an extra.

Educator portraits

Individual and team photos of your staff, free of charge, licensed for your website and your foyer wall.

Yard and environment shots

A set of your centre looking its best — yard, rooms, play spaces — yours to use for enrolment material and social media forever.

Absolutely no admin

We handle ordering, payment, delivery and questions directly with families. Your team doesn't collect a single envelope.

The weather question

Everyone asks it, so: if the forecast looks bad we ring you two days out and we move it. There's no fee for that and no limit on how many times we'll do it.

Light rain we'll usually work through — kids love it and the light under cloud is lovely. It's wind that actually stops us, not water.

The absent-children question

We come back. If more than a handful were away we'll schedule a proper catch-up morning within a few weeks; if it's one or two, one of us drops in. Either way there's no charge and no family misses out.

Roughly how a morning runs

7:30 — we arrive, walk the yard, find the light.

8:30 — consent list checked with your nominated supervisor, name by name.

9:00 — outdoor play starts and so do we. Youngest rooms first, while they're freshest.

11:30 — room groups, once everyone's warmed up to us.

12:00 — educators, then we're out of your way.

Two weeks later — galleries open, families emailed directly.

Autumn dates go first

March through May books out by about November. Spring is a bit easier. Either way, earlier is better.
