For services
Childcare
portraiture.
What engaging us actually involves, in the order it happens, with the parts most services want to know about first.

The engagement
Before the day
We visit, walk the rooms, and identify where the light is usable at the hour we would be working. We then send a written schedule, our consent register template, and copies of our Working With Children Checks and insurance certificates.
Consent is reconciled against your enrolment records on the morning itself, by us, in front of your nominated supervisor.
On the day
One set-up, in a room you continue to use. We do not require a room to be emptied or a routine to be broken. Children come in small groups when they are ready, and the day's rhythm carries on around us.
A typical service of sixty children takes a full morning. We do not book two services in one day.
Afterwards
Individual portraits, a room group for each room, and sibling frames where siblings are enrolled together. Every frame is corrected by hand.
Families receive a private gallery, open for twelve months, containing full-resolution files at no additional cost. Prints are available but are never a condition of receiving the images.
For the service
Your service receives the room groups and a selected set of environment frames, licensed for your own website, enrolment material and displays, in perpetuity and at no charge.
What we don't do
Themed backdrops. Seasonal borders. Fundraising commission arrangements. Ordering deadlines under a fortnight. These are all deliberate omissions.
Enquiry
Write to us. We reply within a day or so, usually with two or three possible times to visit.
Visit
Half an hour at your service. No charge, no obligation, no presentation.
Confirmation
A written schedule and the compliance pack. Then a date, usually eight to twelve weeks out.
Availability for 2027 is limited.
We expect to take three or four new services. If your service is one we would be a good fit for, we would rather find out early.
