Terms & conditions.

1. Bookings

We confirm your date by email with a run sheet. Either of us can pull out free up to ten days before. Closer than that we'll reschedule instead of charging you.

2. Consent

Your centre confirms it holds current photography consent for every enrolled child and gets us that list before the day. We check it with your nominated supervisor on the morning. No confirmed consent, no photo.

3. Money

We charge the centre nothing and pay the centre nothing. Families pay one price per child covering every usable frame of that child at full resolution. Prints are optional extras. Sibling frames are included. Order nothing, pay nothing.

4. Copyright

We keep copyright. Buying the pack gives you a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to print, copy, post, share and display photos of your own child however you like, personally. Commercial resale is the only thing you can't do.

Your centre gets a permanent free licence to its room groups, educator portraits and centre photography for its own website, newsletters, enrolment material and displays.

5. Getting the photos

Galleries open within fifteen working days and stay open twelve months. Prints post within fifteen working days of ordering.

6. If it's wrong

Damaged, badly made or not what you ordered gets remade. Simply don't like them? We refund you. That's the whole policy.

7. Kids who were away

We come back at no charge, normally within a fortnight.

8. Liability

Nothing here strips any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Past that, what we can be liable for is capped at what you paid us.
