What does it cost?
One price per child covering every usable frame of them from the day, full resolution, no watermark. There's no bigger pack, no digital upgrade and nothing deliberately held back. Prints are separate and optional.
What if my kid was away?
We come back, free, usually within a fortnight. Nobody's charged for a photo that wasn't taken.
My child is really shy. Is this going to be awful?
This is the thing we're best at. Shy kids get more time, not less, and we never push. If they don't want to on the day we come back. We've got a lot of very happy parents whose kids have three years of miserable photos behind them.
How long do I get to order?
Twelve months. No countdown, no reminders, no last-chance emails.
What should they wear?
Whatever they'd normally wear. Please don't put them in something special — it photographs stiff and it isn't them. Plain beats busy, but honestly we've made the dinosaur shirt work plenty of times.
How does consent work?
Your centre gives us its consent list and we go through it name by name with the nominated supervisor before we start. Anyone we can't confirm doesn't get photographed, full stop. We'd rather come back for one child than get this wrong once.
Are you checked?
All four of us hold current Victorian Working with Children Checks. Card numbers and expiry dates go to your centre in writing before we arrive, with our insurance certificates.
Do you pay centres a commission?
No. It would just go onto what families pay. We'd rather be picked because the photos are good.
Do you do schools?
No, early learning only. Schools run on a clock that doesn't suit how we work.
Where do the photos live?
Australian servers, encrypted. We keep them four years so you can re-download, then they're deleted.
What if I hate them?
We refund you. No form, no argument.
