What does it cost?
One price per child covering every usable frame of them from the day, at full resolution with nothing stamped on it. There's no upgrade and nothing held back. Prints are separate, optional and posted to you.
Can I get a reprint from an old year?
Yes, from any year since 1998. Email us the child's name, the centre or school and roughly the year, and we'll usually find it the same afternoon. We've never deleted anything.
What if my child was away?
We come back within a month, at no charge. In twenty-eight years we've never left a child out.
How long do I get to order?
Eighteen months. We don't send reminders, countdowns or last-chance emails.
What should they wear?
Something comfortable in a colour you like. Warm colours photograph beautifully in the light we use. Avoid big logos and very fine stripes, and otherwise don't give it another thought.
Do you photograph babies?
Plenty. Under-twos are usually held by an educator and we crop them out afterwards. Nobody gets propped up or made to sit alone.
How does consent work?
Your centre or school gives us its consent list and we go through it name by name with the nominated supervisor before we set up. Any child we can't confirm isn't photographed, and we sort it out before the catch-up visit.
Are your photographers checked?
All six hold current NSW Working With Children Checks. We verify them annually ourselves and send the numbers and expiry dates to your centre in writing before we attend, with our insurance certificates.
Do you pay centres a commission?
No. It would only get added to what families pay, and we've never been comfortable with the position it puts a director in.
How far do you travel?
Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Nowra, the northern Illawarra and up towards Helensburgh. Further south along the coast by arrangement.
Where are the photos kept?
Australian servers, encrypted, with a second copy held offline in Wollongong. Kept indefinitely so reprints are always possible — though you can ask us to delete your child's images any time and we'll do it within a day.
What if I'm not happy?
We'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer. Just tell us.
