Written to be read rather than endured.
1. Bookings
We confirm your date in writing with a run sheet. Either of us can cancel at no cost up to fourteen days beforehand. Inside that we'll move it rather than charge you for it.
2. Consent
Your centre confirms it holds current photography consent for every enrolled child and gives us that list before the day. We check it with your nominated supervisor on the morning. No confirmed consent, no photograph.
3. What it costs
We charge the centre nothing and we pay the centre nothing. Families pay one price per child covering every usable frame of that child, full resolution, in both colour and black and white. Prints are optional extras. Sibling frames are included. A family who orders nothing is charged nothing.
4. Copyright and what you can do with them
We keep copyright in the photographs. When you buy the pack you get a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to print, copy, post, share and display images of your own child for any personal purpose you like. Commercial resale is the only thing excluded.
Your centre gets a permanent free licence to its room groups, educator portraits and centre photography for its own website, enrolment material, newsletters and displays.
5. Delivery
Galleries open within fifteen working days and stay open twelve months. Prints are posted within fifteen working days of ordering.
6. If something's wrong
A print that arrives damaged, badly made or not what you ordered gets remade. If you're simply unhappy with the photographs, tell us and we'll refund you. That's the policy in full.
7. Children who were away
We return at no charge, ordinarily within a fortnight.
8. Liability
Nothing here removes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
