Privacy policy.
The short version: we collect very little, we sell none of it, and you can have your child's photos deleted whenever you like.
Who we are
Jellybean Photography, Mosman, New South Wales. Our obligations here come from the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
From centres: children's names, their room, and whether photography consent has been recorded. From families: your name, email, a postal address only if you order a print, and what you ordered. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.
Photographs of children
A photograph of a child is personal information and we treat it that way. We photograph a child only where consent has been recorded by the centre and confirmed by us with your nominated supervisor on the morning.
We use the images to fill your order and to give the centre its room groups, educator portraits and centre photography. A child's photograph never appears on this website, on social media or anywhere public unless that family has separately said yes to that exact use, in writing. You can withdraw that at any time and we act on it the same day.
Where it's kept
Australian servers, encrypted. Only the three of us have access. We keep the original files for five years so families can re-download or reorder, then delete them.
Who else sees it
Our print lab and our payment provider, only as far as they need to fill an order. Nobody else. We don't sell, rent or swap personal information and we don't run a marketing list of any kind.
Access, correction and deletion
Email admin@jellybeanphotography.com.au to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have your child's images deleted. We reply within thirty days. If we handle it badly, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
This website
We set nothing on your device and measure nothing about your visit. There is no analytics package, no advertising tag and no embedded tracker of any sort. The typefaces are the single thing this page requests from another server.
