What your centre gets
Individual portraits
Every child with consent, several frames each, on a colour chosen for them. Colour and black and white versions of all of it.
Room groups
Each room together on one big backdrop. These are the ones that end up enormous on the foyer wall.
Sibling frames
Any children enrolled together, photographed together, on a colour picked for the pair. Included as standard.
Educator portraits
Individual and team shots of your staff, free, licensed for your website and your wall. Your team gets a colour each too.
A set of your centre
Your rooms and yard photographed properly, yours forever for enrolment packs and social media.
Zero admin
Ordering, payment, questions and reprints all come to us. Your team hands out nothing and collects nothing.
How the morning goes
7:45 — we arrive and find a corner with decent light. We don't need a room cleared and we don't move your furniture.
8:15 — consent list checked with your nominated supervisor, name by name, before anything is unpacked.
8:45 — babies and toddlers first, while they're at their best. Two or three minutes each.
10:30 — preschool rooms, who by now have all decided they have strong opinions about which colour they want.
11:45 — room groups, then educators.
Two weeks — galleries open, families emailed directly.
What we need from you
A corner. About three metres by three, with a power point. Any room you're still using is fine.
Your consent list. A few days before, so there are no surprises on the morning.
Fifteen minutes of your nominated supervisor's time at the start to go through it with us.
That's genuinely the whole list. We don't ask you to distribute forms, collect money, chase families or answer questions for us.
Babies, and children having a shocking day
Nobody is made to do anything. If a child isn't up for it we leave them and try again after morning tea, and if that doesn't work we get them on the return visit. No family is charged for a photo that didn't happen.
Under-twos are usually photographed being held by an educator, which we then crop out. It's faster, calmer and produces much better photographs than propping a nine-month-old on a beanbag and hoping.
The March and April slots always go first
Everyone wants the start of the season, so the first two months of our 2027 diary tend to be spoken for well before they arrive. Anything from May onward is much easier.
