1. Booking
We confirm your date by email with a run sheet. Either side can cancel free up to seven days beforehand. Closer than that we'll move it rather than charge you.
2. Consent
Your centre or school confirms it holds current photo consent for every child and sends us that list before the day. We check it with your nominated supervisor on the morning. No confirmed consent, no photo.
3. Price
$29 per child. That covers every frame taken of that child that day as full-resolution files with no watermark. Prints are optional extras. Sibling photos are included. We charge centres and schools nothing, and we pay them nothing.
4. Copyright and what you can do with the photos
We keep copyright. When you buy the pack you get a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to print, copy, post, share and display photos of your own child for any personal reason at all. You can't resell them commercially.
Centres and schools get a permanent free licence to their group photos, staff portraits and site photography for their own website, newsletters and enrolment material.
5. Delivery
Galleries open within ten working days and stay open twelve months. Prints post within ten working days of ordering.
6. Refunds
Don't like your photos? Email us, we refund you. Print arrived damaged or wrong? We reprint it. That's the policy, there isn't a longer version.
7. Absent children
We return at no charge, normally within a fortnight. Nobody is charged for a photo that wasn't taken.
8. Weather and access
Where we're shooting outdoors we may move the day for weather. No fee for that.
9. Liability
Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those, our liability is capped at what you paid us.
10. Law
New South Wales law applies.
