Your team does nothing

No envelopes

We email families directly. Nothing goes in a pigeonhole.

No money

Families pay us online. Your team never handles cash or cards.

No chasing

Orders, questions and reprints all come to us, not to your office.

No paperwork

Send us your consent list and a rough headcount. That's your entire job.

What's included for the centre

Room group photos for every room, free.

Educator portraits, individual and team, free and licensed for your website.

Centre photography — your rooms and yard looking good, for enrolment packs and social media. Yours forever, no charge.

A digital copy of everything for your own records, if you want it.

We don't charge centres a cent, and we don't pay centres a commission either. Both of those things would end up on your families' bill.

How the day runs

Arrive 8am. Set up in a corner of one room. We don't need a room emptied.

Check consent. Five minutes with your nominated supervisor, name by name, before a single photo.

Babies first. Under-twos while they're at their best, then up through the rooms.

Groups late morning. Once the kids are used to us being there.

Educators, then gone. Usually out by lunch for a normal centre.

Galleries in 10 days. Emailed straight to families.

Babies and unsettled kids

Nobody gets forced. If a child's having a rough morning we leave them and come back in an hour. If they're still not having it, we try again after lunch.

Under-twos usually get photographed being held by an educator — we just crop them out afterwards. It's much faster than trying to prop a nine-month-old up on their own, and the photos are better.

In eleven years we've had a handful of children we genuinely couldn't photograph. Those families never get charged, obviously, and we come back next visit.

Term 1 and Term 4 book up fast

Most centres lock in about six months ahead. Send us a rough headcount and a month and we'll tell you what's left.
