Is $29 really the whole price?
Yes. Per child, every photo taken of them that day, full resolution, no watermark, downloadable forever. Prints are optional and cheap. There is no second thing to buy.
What if my child was away?
We come back, free. Usually within a couple of weeks. You're not charged for a photo you didn't get.
Do you email me constantly afterwards?
No. You get one email when the gallery opens. If you don't order, you never hear from us again. We don't do reminders and we don't sell your address to anybody.
How long do I have to order?
Twelve months from when the gallery opens. No countdown, no expiry warnings.
What should my kid wear?
Whatever's clean and comfy. Plain colours photograph better than big logos or fine stripes. Genuinely don't stress about it — we've never had a parent regret the outfit.
Can I get prints?
Yep. Ordered through the same gallery, posted to you, and priced about what a chemist charges. You're never required to buy one.
How does consent work?
Your centre or school gives us its consent list. Before we take a single photo we sit down with the nominated supervisor and check it name by name. If we're not sure about a child, that child isn't photographed. We'd rather come back than get it wrong.
Are your photographers checked?
All five hold current NSW Working With Children Checks. Numbers and expiry dates go to your centre in writing before we arrive, along with our public liability certificate.
Do you pay our centre a commission?
No, deliberately. A commission just gets added to what families pay. We'd rather centres picked us on the photos and the price.
Do you photograph babies?
Loads of them. Under-twos are usually held by an educator and we crop them out. Nobody gets propped up or forced.
How big are the files?
Full camera resolution — big enough for a decent-sized wall print. No small "web version" nonsense.
Where are the photos stored?
On Australian servers. We keep them for three years so you can re-download, then they're deleted.
What if I hate the photos?
Tell us and we'll refund you. No form to fill in.
